There are countless ways to participate in Infrastructure Week.

Your organization is encouraged to take part — in whatever way makes sense for you. We’ve provided some suggestions in this section for different ways to participate, but the sky is the limit. If you think of a great idea that you don’t see here, do it! Organizations including trade associations, labor unions, businesses, non-profits, and government officials and offices at all levels are encouraged to join Infrastructure Week as an Affiliate. Being an Affiliate of Infrastructure Week gives your organization an opportunity to raise awareness about projects and issues that are important to you and your community, and be a part of a week that draws national attention to a critical story that is too often overlooked – that it is time to build better and smarter infrastructure for America.

There are lots of ways to tell a story

There are lots of ways to tell a story about the need for infrastructure investment and why it is #TimeToBuild.

We’ve provided templates for an op-ed and a proclamation. Write to your member of Congress and ask them to support infrastructure investment. Write a letter to the editor, arrange an interview with a local radio station, or post a blog on your organization’s website. And if you’re anywhere with an internet connection, participate on social media and tell the world why it is #TimeToBuild.
