PWD’s #PhillyWaterBar pop-up is providing free water in the City Hall Courtyard (weather
permitting) from noon to 1 p.m.
Inspired by a similar project pioneered in Minneapolis, the Philly Water Bar opened on April 24
is a colorful new campaign to bust myths about the safety and quality of tap water and highlight
our city’s high-quality tap as a sustainable, affordable, safe and healthy beverage that’s available
in the home of every Philadelphia resident.

Infrastructure as a real solution to the challenge of reducing pollution from urban runoff and
